As our projects expand, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution with efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for home automation and home theater installations
  • Manage a team of electricians, technicians, and helpers on-site
  • Act as the main point of contact between the office team, clients, electricians, and other vendors at the site
  • Ensure timely execution of work as per project plans and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation of wiring, devices, panels, and AV systems
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and used properly on-site
  • Maintain documentation, including daily progress reports, site issues, and resolutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in site supervision (home automation, electrical, or AV projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, electrical layout, and basic networking
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and system layouts
  • Good coordination and leadership skills to manage on-ground teams
  • Ability to resolve minor site issues independently
  • Willingness to travel to project locations across Hyderabad/Telangana/Andhra Pradesh
  • Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Relevant field

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in handling premium residential projects
  • Familiarity with automation brands like Lutron, Control4, or KNX
  • Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English
